Welcome to » the GYSB (Get Your Swag Back)

Notably, the GYSB (Get Your Swag Back) was conceived out of frustration and desperation in 2014.

When the Chairman, Florence Nyoike found herself in an unbalanced, unhealthy state of mind. She had acquired four vacations to exotic Islands at a huge discount and found herself with no one to share the experience.

After all, she is known her friends, family and on  social media as a positive, health and fitness personality. Yet she found herself feeling anxious, unfulfilled with bouts of depression and loneliness.

Although, she had a strong desire to be, do and have more. Of course, Yes! She was eating clean, but also binge eating.

Working out regularly, keeping up with her social media appearance, motivating and inspiring. Especially, who ever was ready to listen but still feeling empty inside her.

GYSB (Get Your Swag Back) Organization

At almost 60 years she started feeling like she was running out of time. Not forgetting, she had been divorced for 10 years. And realized that there was still so much more she wanted to do.

Simply put, she wanted to travel the world, experience different cultures and create beautiful memories. And, that's when she started searching for ways to fulfill her deepest desires giving birth to the Get Your Swag Back. Learn more About - Florence Nyoike.
